Way Wards (Managing Husband, Wife, Vendor and Client) ?????

Story 1

There is a king who has only 1 faithful wife and king is happy with her. He soon way wards and begins looking for more options. Now he is married to not 1 but 2-3 more…

The first wife is possessive and begins conflicting with king.. King is pissed out with first wife and gives ultimatum to her that he will move her out of his life.. The first wife stops interacting, is aloof, distant.. The king is not bothered..

Story 2

There is a king with multiple wives and he is guided by emperor to take 1 more wife.. King is amused.. An old worn out wife, of no use.. but nevertheless has to manage this old worn out wife too…

King is pressurized…as he will loose his kingdom if he doesn’t take this old worn out wife..

This old worn out wife feels that as it emperor’s verdict which is only going to exist; begins dominating the king and tries to dominate.. The king conspires with his other wives to outset this old worn out wife… and begins complaining to the emperor that how could he tolerate her for so many days in first place..

Emperor is confused.. not sure.. but gives old worn out wife an ultimatum.. mend your ways.. get used to all the wives.. I gave you a favor as you are old / worn out.. just to help you out.

Lessons to Learn

1) Build trust first…  Just because one king expired, don’t assume emperor will accept only you…

2) Be a good performer and deliver – you have to compete with multiple wives

3) Be transparent –  King wants trust worthy, non conflicting, transparent wives..

4) Set expectations and ask the emperor – are we will going to get maintenance or not.. we put so much efforts..

5) No one wants possessiveness –  give it away.. if it was yours it will come back.. else it was never yours..

6) Be independent and stand on your own feet..
