Joy is convinced that he is born to bring in joy to people on earth.. One day

Nancy ‘I feel you are delusioned’

Joy ‘through entertainment’
Nancy ‘but you are not an entertainer too’
Joy ‘so many of us have various delusions in life and we believe in them.. everything is so contradictory to what we believe. Each entrepreneur is supposed and believes he or she is successful. Each investor believes money will come at least once and we will be happy… I am JOY. A delusion to most, reality to few’

Faithfulness

‘a dog falters and unknowingly bites his master. he regrets badly and one day tries to understand his anger and impulses. Surprised, that he has bit over 50 individuals in past, all of them who have taken injections.. he runs away from home and as the master’s house is near the parliament, he unknowingly gets in to parliament house

Morning time, parliament is too busy…

The speaker opens the house… the dog is frightened.. but soon begins hearing noises from all side… he too barks, but no one hears him..
wonders why so many human imitate dogs and wonders are they so loyal too..

Slowly recovering from shock… the dog at night… comes out and walks into an incubator… and sleeps there…

morning time… the whole mood is of pitch day..
a startup is demonstrating dog care slides..
seeing that, the dog actually comes into stage..
the entrepreneur shrieks, the investor shrieks and a bit disorganized… the dog runs away wondering why they put his photo and what they were trying to do and when in real he got to dias, why all shrieked..

Till then the Master has put his photo in newspaper… and the dog has just got into garden, and see’s himself in a newspaper… he is not able to understand it.. .till he feel’s a warm hand reaching him out.. It is his master and the Master hugs the dog tightly..

Master ‘dear one.. I am your guardian, care taker and everything.. so what if you bit me.. my beloved ones do that every day… at least you are not having voice and you don’t also understand much. My true companion

It is just a matter of few days from now, it would complete 5 years.

Gizmo ‘we failed again.. never knew we had this huge demand for runners’

Bob ‘what are runner?’

Gizmo ‘one who picks a vehicle and drops it to a mechanic’

Bob ‘is there a need?’

Bob’s vehicle just rams into a pole.. and all broken

Bob ‘hey.. never thought suddenly this would happen… what is to be done’

Gizmo ‘relax… let us identify someone… and calls emergency number’

Gizmo ‘it will take minimum 2 hours for them to come to tow our vehicle’

Bob ‘is this same concept ‘runner’.. I guess I will invest in any startup who solves this pain point’

Gizmo smiles and murmurs ‘unless a person doesn’t understand the pain point and its impact, that person should not invest on a particular startup just because others doing’

Mary ‘Am in love with him however he has been ignoring me for many days’

Susan ‘love can fail you anytime, suddenly’

Mary has drops of tears in her eyes

Rocky was a sports man, a hockey player however few games lost, his mood was not in right spirit. Rocky takes a break to re-invent self and Mary is lost in his thoughts..

2 weeks later

Mary hears a knock on door

Mary opens the door

Rocky hugs her…

Mary ‘where were you?’

Rocky ‘Love can fail us anytime, suddenly.. The passion for hockey and somehow I was not getting it right.. and eventually arrived at one conclusion.. Am not giving the passes well. May be selfish to create goal on own’

Mary ‘what? hence you took a break’

Rocky ‘why does love reject you? we need to probe thoroughly.. may be somewhere we are failing the hope for some reason’

Joy “Market trends are a demand for 40% salary hike. Here we find people want even 100% hike’

Mark ‘dear 3% average salary hike.. not more then that?’

Joy ‘how to hire then folks?’

Mark ‘don’t hire.. we need to close the recruitment division. No point in running business where salary overheads more then revenue. Salaries 20%, Operation overhead 20%, Marketing promotion 20%… that is it.. hope you get metrics very clear
