‘There will be more fake saints / religious preachers / self proclaimed God men / Women/ Messiah who will hurt their followers through their acts’

‘The parents will spoil their kids to an extent of loosing control of them’

‘There will be abundance in some areas, total nothing in some. Rich and Poor will stay together but compassion to serve poor missing’

‘All will head in one direction towards the doom single mindedly’

In far west there is this gentle man who is too ambitious and wonders how we can bring in a method to madness. Why not have anti-virus model bought into human beings.

Fred ‘let us explore… this… better …we can fund two countries to work on a virus’

The chief health office Joe ‘Sir… this is a dangerous game’

Fred ‘do you know so many die due to poverty, hunger…. if we can save lives of many kids… why not invest in exploring a horse which can be given in small doses to people.. to improve their longivity ‘

Joe ‘we are not God’

Fred ‘let us experiment… 2 nations… create the virus… and then also have many agencies work on the way to stop that virus’

Joe ‘so being a developer and hacker at same time’

Fred smiles…

Fred ‘humanity is all about improving lives of people’

Rocky was a sports man, a hockey player however few games lost, his mood was not in right spirit. Rocky takes a break to re-invent self and Mary is lost in his thoughts..

Mary hears a knock on door

Mary ‘where were you?’

Rocky ‘Love can fail us anytime, suddenly.. The passion for hockey and somehow I was not getting it right.. and eventually arrived at one conclusion.. Am not giving the passes well. May be selfish to create goal on own’

Mary ‘what? hence you took a break’

Rocky ‘why does love reject you? we need to probe thoroughly.. may be somewhere we are failing the hope for some reason’

A world of dominating the world through cyber… so what it data privacy stringency imposed by many countries.

The world is all about who posts most in a site, who gets most likes, who gets trolled and so on.

The game of monitoring and game of analysis…  the 4th world also has a penchant to file suites…  with lawyers getting into bandwagon to catch the super powers of 4th world. Who emerges top notch super power..

Not Out

Not out in the game.  a pitch which is formed by you partially and formed by others more. We choose to be in the game non voluntary and in pressure loose the game. We choose to be in the game voluntarily and even at attempt can help us at least win the game and even if not won, the joy of being just there in the pitch gives us tremendous confidence to be in the same pitch all over again.

Jose a cricketer feels one should know the art of being in pitch as per need of the game. Sometimes the pitch is rough, sometines turning.. but most of times, the game teaches that a coordinated team effort is needed to win the game.

Ram the ace bowler feels strategies come by way batsmen play.. they are like the sales people of MNCs selling left and center, products of repute with good brand.. but then you need to catch a weak spot… something unique.. so Ram has become an expert coach to guide entrepreneurs how to catch weak points in sales. Few years back his mom never wanted Ram to be a cricketer.. so Ram was pushed to do MBA too and now though he is in cricket, his mom wants him to remain professionally active too in business.. No one knows when he will be out of form.. insecurity in sports is tremendous.. being not out most important.

Rahim the batsman specializes in identifying opportunities round the stadium for a sixer.. it is his continuous quest to dodge bowlers. and there he has pushed another six.. His girl friend Lousia always wonders how he does it.. His message to her

“Gaps will be there always.. identify that.. and get going.. that is where the opportunity is”

Billiard the umpire has invited his entire team for his retirement party.. and there he gives a new dimensional speach

“Dear all.. I kept making people cry, be happy.. all in game.. and the most important aspect of decision making is that one will loose and other will win but spirit of sports is such that the looser too needs a coach.. winner too… so do not ignore the coach and coaching provided… as game is all about being in game for longer duration”

Abdul is worried that there are many startups coming in fashion space..

Abdul ‘this is going to head to disaster.. consolidation needed’

Mathew ‘Sir.. we just cannot help.. all wish to follow leaders’

Abdul ‘think something unique’

Mathew ‘do you have money to blow’

Abdul ‘how much?’

Mathew ’20M$’

Abdul ‘it is too high..’

Mathew ‘we will acquire 20 startups in that space and slow consolidate’

Abdul ‘what about their other investors’

Mathew ‘All will be happy.. do you have 50M$’

Abdul ‘why so much?’

Mathew ‘just acquire one more big fry at 20M$ and you are up in this game’

Abdul ‘is acquisitions only the way going ahead?’

Mathew ‘many ways exist.. but first acquire and then we will have IPO and you remain the undisputed king’

Abdul ‘how much will I get on an exit?’

Mathew ‘1Billion?’

Abdul ‘this seems endless’

Mathew ‘this is how the eco system functions.. hence many fail..’

Abdul ‘am still not sure if I will plunge or not.. but it is overcrowded’

one day a cute little kid well dressed is walking on the road. he meets a youth who too is well dressed and smiles..

Youth ‘school?’

Kid smiles

Youth ‘am going to office’

Kid ‘it is too boring to keep presenting self the way the world wishes to see us’

Youth is zapped

Youth ‘from where such big talks..’ He loosens his tie

Kid too loosens his tie

Kid ‘am fed up of school’

Youth ‘i too fed up of routine work’

Kid ‘have a football..  can we play?’

Youth is surprised.. he is now ruffled his hair too

Both move to nearest vacant ground and begin playing football

After few hours

Youth ‘what next’

Kid ‘i want to see that animation film’

Both go to theater and watch it

Late afternoon

Kid ‘thanks.. what is your name?’

Youth ‘Joy’

Kid  ‘am Mark..’

Joy ‘what is your father’s name?’

Kid ‘Alan.. he has a large publishing firm in NY.. Capstan’

Joy’s head is reeling

Joy ‘hey.. i work there only’

Kid ‘ok .. will keep this a secret.. but promise once every month, you need to bunk office for me’

Joy ‘Mark.. not knowing what to do… anyways.. bye for now’

Zabbar ‘but not on single individual sports right?’

Neero ‘are you taunting me?’

Zabbar ‘life as single is great.. as doubles cool.. and then as group.. awesome’

Neero ‘I do not agree’

Zabbar ‘elephants, deer and so many.. check how they be in groups.. reasons there is someone to help if got lost.. true sportsman should not be worried of winning..  the process where you are in is important.  It does not matter if you win, not win.. but being part of race is important..

Startup Boss

Boss you need to understand you are working for a startup.. You will need to work in less salary.. should boot strap your venture and then also ensure you build loads of traffic and think disruptive and then multi task and then.. then.. you should be willing to work 24/7.. and keep growing…

you should remember it is all temporary.. you will need to sell boss.. give away what you did to some other venture.. or … or… grow.. seek more funds.. and then.. then.. be prepared for more Directors in board room questioning you.. does and don’ts

Startup… Startup Country??

What is happening? Is the country not progressed at all.. is all this business, small business.. micro business.. road side business not startups?

What is then a startup?

Someone having an idea.. attending a competition.. if passed.. get some funds.. and then.. be invested.. Is it not cool? Better option then to be job less

But what about seniors…

Cool buddy.. be advisors… be mentors… so what if you have signed employment contracts..  in that it is mentioned.. you should not indulge in any trading.. nothing.. no competition.. non compete clause.. and and… you will not get experience certificate if you decide to start..

a legal case could be put on you….

why then an entrepreneur when they become business person get so insecure to not have a competitor within same company…

a tea shop person looks at so many tea shops all around and owner smiles. and says ‘boss… people will come to me as they love me.. am street smart, charming  and know to reach in heart of people.. and taste my tea.. it is best.. I give 2$ worth for every 1$ I charge.. no compromise in quality…

boss.. where are the funds for next round.. job again… then.. lessons learnt..

What is startup nation?

A nation with 1000 plus year history trying to do soul searching.. and the one’s who know the game trying to sell their ventures for better valuation and of course.. we need to bring in innovation.. and all..

but will someone invest 100M$ in country to build research laboratories, ready for experiments.. ready for losses if the innovation fails.. and ready for investing in road side entrepreneurs..

Be part of team to build strong entrepreneur eco system…

My job is to coach and build entrepreneurs.. style could be different but if purpose gets served.. why not….

Entrepreneurship cannot be taught.. ?

Harry ‘I know you have this habit of maintaining contact base since your childhood and realized you have 1 million such records’

Rocky smiles..

Soon Harry explains a portal which will have Rocky too as founder..

Rocky ‘why do any e-commerce ventures succeed?’

Harry ‘pain point areas…   anyone needs a plumber, electrician and so on’

Rocky ‘one of the pain point am solving now.. is snow removing association’

Rocky ‘have team of 3000 specialists.. and…’

Harry ‘let us stop our early e-commerce venture on multiple odd jobs.. only snow removing specialists’

Rocky ‘Sir.. most of investors look at only 1 side of story.. returns on investment, profitability.. learn to look at individuals who are talented and invest in them.. they will create multiple projects for you.. I also used to study electronics while doing odd jobs.. so..’

Harry ‘yes.. of no use is this valuation game, if we cannot value individuals with right talent and promote them.. who knows that innovation could be a break through.. I will invest in you for not 1 project but all your projects..’
