Sam ‘someone wrote my proposal is to strike all bad memories from brain and things will move automatically towards peace.. and she put a condition’

Susan ‘what? is it she?’

Sam ‘yes.. names undisclosed.. she says you will be the first one to experiment with my technology’

Susan ‘so.. why don’t you?’

Sam ‘if technology fails.. it means I may just loose entire memory’

Susan ‘cool.. so you can start afresh’

Sam ‘it means i will no longer know how much I earn money, i will not be able to even remember my own signature’

Susan ‘so what you think?’

Sam ‘surely purchasing peace with money calls for big risks of loosing everything in life’

Susan ‘so?’

Sam ‘moral of the story.. learn to find peace in whatsoever happening in life.. rather then keep pushing self hard to get peace.. more we give without expectations, more we will be happy. ‘

Virus Economy

It is in my blood

I didn’t get a job for many years

I am uneducated and didnt get good job

I thought if my neighbour was successful, why not me?

I feel it is safer to show am doing something rather then showing myself jobless in my resume

I will sure want to succeed and achieve a good flexible lifestyle then present one.

I wanted to experiment with learning business

Only business can give us more money

all may not wish to be entrepreneurs but one who decide, need to understand reasons for doing so seeped in their mind and then no looking back

 

USA vs Indian Startups

Think anything crazy and you are sure to get invested in US if you pitch well…

Think anything which already exists but not yet introduced in India, you are sure to get invested in India

As we crib of  lack of innovations in India, does it really matter and does it really have investors seeking to invest in millions?

When I researched and kept researching the art and science of entrepreneurship ecosystem in US, Europe, Africa, Australia, Middle East, Netherland, Russia, Mexico and many other countries realized that PROBING means different to different individuals who wish to be entrepreneurs

Few years back, the ones who initiated business in India copied a successful replicable not yet done model in India and Investors too didn’t mind investing in such ventures..

Same side, there were dozens of innovation holding dust in college libraries or in some houses but with no takers and most importantly because of design aesthetics no one wished to invest..

Many design schools too got opened, but creativity again needed PROBING.. international probing of what is needed to succeed so INNOVATION again needed PROBING..

Slowly and surely multiple incubators /accelerators mushroomed in India too but lack of mentors or even still the expectations of entrepreneurs shot up..

None wish to think below Rs20lacs or Rs30lacs and now there is a catch 2 situation.. Should these entrepreneurs be funded or kept informed to search jobs and learn more and then become entrepreneurs?

The number of Series A funds have dipped drastically.. So what happens to the 1000 or 10000 startups out to win the global market?

Does currency matter a lot? Absolute yes.. and conditioning mind from being service centric to product centric is more vital for developing (near developed) country like India.

 

Why do best of geeks perform from India perform well in US and get bogged by pressures during work in India?

It is because of consulting mindset, a thought to work on hourly basis.. and even if product investments happen, unless the best from best of institutes not as founder member, it is a risk..

As i experiment with individuals from all walks of society, the biggest challenge is motivating all to think / attempt to become entrepreneur and will they get investments? Not sure..  but what they may get is a market reach and traction to sustain themselves..

Finally what is so special about US startups?

Innovation.. and ability to identify right pain points.

Is there a clutter of no show investments in US too?

Obviously yes.. as to how many investors would wish to invest in already cluttered market and purely focus only on IT/ECOMMERCE based solutions..

There are surely many investors in India who also wish to invest in innovations in India but again a fear of non show in Series A may be detrimental for creativity, innovations in India.

My focus on accelerator program is guiding the individuals to make strong technical scalable product or service.

Selling Selves for a Dime

Selling selves for a Dime The soul is still alive Awakening us for a while

to remind us that we need to work because it is necessity but we need to be Awakened because it is our requirement

Finally all of us strive to reach to that state of Awakening or Self Realization.

We give a tag of an Experience in our Life Journey to learn lessons of Do’s and Don’ts and reach interim Self Realization milestones but finally we sell ourselves for a dime only because of necessity.

How to reach a stage of financial independence or self independence?

Joy says ‘make your needs moderate and reach that state soon’

Melissa says ‘make your aspirations higher and reach that state soon’

Melissa ends up being an entrepreneur and Joy ends up being an employee

Joy is happy at his state

Melissa is happy at her state. Melissa remains Single. Joy gets married, has family and needs increase

Joy realizes that aspirations should be higher

Joy meets Melissa his best friend and asks a favor

Melissa invests in Joy’s idea and Joy too becomes an Entrepreneur but he fails

He returns to Melissa and asks why it happened

Melissa ‘you are at peace, you love your family, you spend time with your family.. you have an employee mind set.. I am not in peace, i do love my family, but am single, spend time with employees so you know what.. I sell myself for a dime and you don’t and it is your choice and your structure.. i cannot make anyone entrepreneur’

Joy ‘what are those accelerator all about?’

Melissa ‘if you succeed, then only you get invested right.. and sometimes experiment, i did on you,  i failed.. am angel. and Angels take that risk.. Accelerator may or may not or at least they will be careful. but no accelerator can churn and train an person to be an Entrepreneur.. This is all about Self realization’

Noodle Preservation

Joy loves to preserve food items and experiments on duration.. Looking at the present noodle mess all over.. He discusses wit his wife Syrup

Joy ‘Syrup.. not sure why your father named you so,. but think of something.. which can preserve items.. When do worms begin coming in.. We need to get to root cause of this’

Syrup ‘I never liked noodles.. the more the food gets entangled.. the more it creates problems’

Joy ‘think of life.. are we not having entangled relation.. Husband loved wife but she loves her son more then husband over period of time. Son loves his girl friend but doesn’t wish to loose mom but doesn’t mind separating out when migrating to US and then the parents are just preservation assets’

Syrup ‘Don’t talk such things.. I never asked you to leave your parents and settle her’

Joy ‘please focus on my topic’

Syrup ‘Do you know best buy period?’

Joy ’10 percent deviation tolerable from expiry date’

Syrup  ‘Each country has different temperature in different zones.. So here the tolerance limits need to be statistically computed’

Joy ‘what should be expiry date for noodles?’

Syrup ‘If milk has a shell life of 7 days, Noodles should not have shell life for more then 1 months’

Joy ‘this will lead to wastage’

Syrup ‘Dear.. am just saying because suddenly a certain part of country has bought so many participants into this mess’

Joy ‘What should I do research on worms’

Syrup ‘take various noodle bags and keep them untouched in dry, cold, wet and humid conditions and after 10 days check their properties for few samples,. repeat this experiment for next 10days and so on.. and you will soon see worms emerging’

Syrup ‘Am not a food technologists nor a preservation experts but i don’t mind having a food analyzer developed’
